The generators of the AGM series are designed for installation in automation lines and special machines to control ultrasonic actuators and components. Thanks to their slim design, they can be installed in control cabinets without taking up much space.
Applications are available for generators to easily and conveniently enter parameters via a terminal device, as well as to export and analyze data.
AGM series generators are compatible with all special actuators and the CH35-4 cutting head.
Communication interfaces
PLC communication is carried out via digital I/O, RS485 or CANopen.
Quality controls
Various limit values can be set via the ultrasonic generators of the AGM series to issue a warning or stop the welding process.

Thanks to the welding modes, the correct setting for perfect welding can be found for every application. The following welding modes can be selected in the AGM series:

A part counter and reject counter are integrated into all ultrasonic generators of the AGM series.
Parameter input, data analysis and export
With the in-house developed application, parameters can be adjusted via PC/laptop and parameter data sets can be saved. During the welding process, current values are displayed as a diagram and are therefore ready for analysis. Welding data can also be exported for traceability. The software can be easily updated via USB.
Digital error coding
Errors can be assigned to the groups “Generator”, “Oscillator system” and “Limits”.
